Transforming Anger: 8 Session Package

Soul Blossoms London presents a profound and deeply healing 8 session program (2 days per week) where once and for all, you can develop the skill of transforming anger in all aspects of your life to an empowerment tool.

As spiritual seekers on the path, or even as everyday normal adults, anger, stress, and emotional imbalances are in the matrix we live in and accept in our conditioning our life on Mother Earth.

Dr Heena will discuss this particularly destructive emotion that harms not only our mental and emotional body, but our physical body, our relationships, and yes, even our finances.

Ancient wisdom of several cultures often state anger and emotions can cause cancer and other diseases in our physical body.

There is yin anger, and yang anger, so even if you think you're not angry, it is encouraged to reflect deeply within yourself, as most seekers deny this emotion.  And what we refuse to see, we cannot heal, prevent, and transform.  This package would be more focused on preventative and transformative on the root causes.

There are different, more 'acceptable' names of anger, like "annoyance, irritation, righteousness, justifications, and more."

If we reflect on our outer world and the more we heal our emotions, the more it will be reflected in the outer world.

You matter.  Your emotions matter.  You effect the Collective Consciousness, & especially if you are present in this group, you have a lot of power to effect change.
